Alpenconsult Unternehmensberatung provides a wide range of strategic and operational support for medium-sized companies and PE companies with a focus on investments in medium-sized businesses.  
As an experienced management consultant and executive Tim Giesecke uses his expertise and his network of partners to realise optimisation, reorganisation and change projects in medium-sized industrial companies.  
Tim Giesecke has a successful career as an accompanying consultant as well as a responsible managing director and interim manager. He is responsible for numerous projects to increase efficiency, cost control, increase innovative strength, production and factory planning, but also for reorganisation projects to achieve sales and profit growth as well as economic stabilisation of medium-sized companies.
From cooperations and partnerships with experienced entrepreneurs, management consultants, executives and investors, perfect solutions for the issues of medium-sized companies are developed and realised and personnel bottlenecks in management or project management are flexibly bridged with own capacities.  
We support companies in the classic areas of production, logistics, sales, personnel, the modernisation of their IT systems and digitalisation tools.
In close cooperation with your employees and managers, we find and eliminate the company bottlenecks that have formed, for example, in your personnel development, your lived processes, your management styles, your software illustrations, your commercial topics, your sales or your supply chains. In doing so, we rely on tried and tested solutions from our own experience.
In the event of crises, such as the current Corona pandemic, we have the crisis knowledge to cope with economic emergencies and provide support in finding new investors.

In a joint preliminary discussion, your topic will be
discussed and, based on this, an offer will be made (possibly also with
references to the funding possibilities of the country).

Within the individual project sections, status reports
ensure transparency in project implementation. Once the planning stages have
been completed and the necessary task packages have been drawn up, we accompany
you and your employees during the implementation of the project. Our task is
then to ensure that the jointly agreed goal is consistently achieved.

Through the personal cooperation with you and your employees
in all stages of the project, we bring your experience with our cross-sector
knowledge and our methodical approach into an ideal combination for the

Our history

Alpenconsult was founded in 2004 by Dipl.-Ing. Tim Giesecke in order to offer companies well-founded advice and expert support in the implementation of their special and varied topics.

Tim Giesecke

  • studied production engineering (production and process engineering as well as company organization) and gained extensive corporate experience as a senior executive and in consulting functions.
  • has +20 years of experience in optimizing production companies with a focus on on-time delivery, flexibility, productivity and continuous improvement.
  • has comprehensive knowledge of weak points in processes, structures and supporting systems (ERP).
  • has high solution and implementation competence – technical, methodical, personal. Detailed knowledge of what is possible and works – and what does not.

Alpenconsult consultants have extensive practical professional and consulting experience gained at numerous companies in Italy, Austria and Germany.
